No Show and Cancellation Policy

Please call our front office at (904) 277-0027 and leave a voicemail at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will incur the following fees:  

• Individual Therapy: $100  
• Medication Management: $100  
• Psychological Evaluations: $400  
• Psychological Feedbacks: $100
